多層金屬燒結網,是用多層不銹鋼金屬絲網經過特殊疊層壓制,采用真空燒結而成的具有較高強度 及整體鋼性的一種新型過濾材料。其各層絲網的網孔相互交錯,從而形成一種均一而理想的過濾結 構,使得該材料具備普通金屬絲網所不能媲美的優點,例如強度高、鋼性好、網孔形狀穩定等。由于 能夠對材料的空隙大小、滲透性能和強度進行合理的匹配與設計,從而使其具有優良的過濾精度、過 濾阻抗、機械強度、耐磨性、耐熱性和被加工性,綜合性能明顯優于其它類型的過濾材料。
